Delmarva Works is a center dedicated to supporting adults with varying levels of abilities to reach their career and occupational goals. Staff are trained to support individuals utilizing Person Centered-Thinking and how best to support individuals in their communities. Individuals experience opportunities to learn through systematic instruction, build new relationships in the community through volunteering, have fun exploring their interests with friends, and seek competitive, integrated employment as part of a Meaningful Day.
