Delmarva Community Transit

Need a ride? - Whether you do not own a car, cannot drive, or just need a ride, we can help. Delmarva Community Transit (DCT) provides transportation throughout the Mid-Shore area at very affordable rates. Connections are available to Queen Anne's County and the Lower Shore.

Covering the Eastern Shore - DCT and Queen Anne's County County Ride cover Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties, with regularly scheduled route service Monday through Friday, plus limited Saturday service. For seniors over 60 years of age, and people with disabilities, we provide door-to-door service with 24-hour notice. The system is coordinated by Maryland Upper Shore Transit (MUST). Accessability

All of our buses are fully wheelchair equipped to accommodate wheelchairs, power scooters and individuals who cannot climb stairs. Our drivers pay particular attention to riders needing extra help - they receive extensive, mandated training to serve our riders' special needs.

When you call for door-to-door service, let us know of any limitations you have so we can meet your needs. On regularly scheduled trips, explain any special needs to the driver picking you up.

Travel Training Services

Not so sure? That’s no problem.

We can provide a travel trainer to help qualified individuals to learn the ropes. The trainer will ride with you while you become accustomed to using our system. He or she will take you step by step through the entire process, all at no extra charge.
